Frederick T. Kuykendall, III is widely recognized as a highly accomplished attorney with over four decades of distinguished legal experience. With an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell, Mr. Kuykendall has developed expertise in areas such as product liability, mass tort litigation, class actions, labor and employment litigation, and dispute resolution. Mr. Kuykendall obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in1976. During this time, he served as a member of several honors societies and also interned with former President Lyndon B. Johnson and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1981, during which he held leadership positions reflecting his commitment to legal skills and integrity. Mr. Kuykendall has held prominent roles with respected legal organizations. He currently serves as the Founding Member and President of The Kuykendall Group, LLC, having previously founded and led Kuykendall & Associates, LLC. He also spent time at the firm Hausfeld, LLP in Washington, D.C.
