Jesus Christ Tribute Money panted portrait of Jesus talking to Caesar .

DOING THE RIGHT THING

Then the Pharisees plotted how to entangle him in his words and they showed him a Roman coin, a denarius, and asked Jesus, "Is it then lawful to pay taxes to Caesar?”

“Whose likeness and inscription is this?” Jesus asked.

“Caesar’s” they replied and Jesus responded:

“Therefore render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” and they marveled and they left him and went away.
